# Purpose 
Console application run from UC4 that reads the Oracle image_owner.image_keyword_sync table for keywords that have been updated in BOL and sends a SOAP message to the Keyword Sync WSP in OnBase to perform a sync of the OnBase keywords to their BOL counterparts.

# Getting Started
1.	Set app.config ApplicationHost to a host entry in dev environmentment.
2.	Make sure that the environment has OnBase with the WSP for keyword sync running.

No visual interface, console application

# Function and behavior
1. Input
	- None
2. Logic
	- Checks config OnBaseKeywordSync.onbaseasync
	- Gets imaging API url from environment service
	- Gets unprocessed keyword syncs from imaging API
	- Updates each keyword in the keyword batch in OnBase
		- Can be synchronous or async based on the config loaded earlier
3. Result
	- Void function, no return
